    I have been shopping for tools, timber, paint, fasteners and all manner of general hardware at Kingsford Timber for over 20 years, since before they moved to Matraville. Tradesmen go there for professional quality products and range that you won't find at Bunnings, and the prices are comparable if not cheaper for similar products. The warehouse has recently been refurbished to provide more floorspace for a bigger variety of timber and building products. The staff are usually friendly and helpful.

    This store is hard work. Hard to find anything at the moment and the staff all seem very busy doing a whole lot of nothing so don't help. Handy enough for now but Bunnings down the road will end it.

    Had a warranty issue. The old woman at desk was cranky and very unprofessional with her conduct. I was never phoned about the replacement, and had to ring myself. I won't be going there again. Pathetic.

    Prices are a little higher than bunnings, buy staff are extremely helpful and friendly! A great local store.
