  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE - I purchased some vitamin powder from these guys on ebay. The package arrive damaged with powder loose in the plastic wrapping. I wrote to them via ebay and the response i received was an absolute disgrace ! I was told that the tub wasnt damaged (even though i provided photos to show it was). The person then said that i only lost about 5% of the product so what was i complaining about !!! I asked why they didnt send my package with bubble wrap or something to provide safe delivery.. they said they never had to do that before and wont start doing it now.

  Terrible customer service through online store. Bag of food arrived broken and they refused to replace unless I returned the bag to their warehouse at my own cost. Very rude to deal with and no sense of care for maintaining customer loyalty. Will never shop with them again.
